The staff here are patient, top-class, and provide great service; the decoration is comfortable, well-laid out, and the rooms are high quality.

Clean and the staff was generally very friendly. I took a suite with air con, a bath, the balcony. The location was particularly good and perfect, easy to organise a taxi!

I greatly enjoyed this stylish hotel and its stunning location. The room I stayed in was newly renovated and airy with a variety of individual problems as well as sterilizing equipment. Location: the venue was very close to the newpark for 2 nights, other areas and the beautiful garden. The pool was excellent and I had complimentary drinks in the bistro bar.

The breakfast was inclusive as expected with fresh fruit and a chef serving from behind a counter. the location of this hotel just next door to Kilkenny Outstanding, shopping centre and other areas was good.

from the moment i arrived till the moment i left was treated very well.staff are very helpful and guest friendly.was there at a friends wedding which was out of this world for food and service.its a pity a few more hotels of this standard are not throughout the country.we will be back

Really enjoyed our three night stay at The Newpark Hotel. The food was delicious and the bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on. We would defiantly recommend this hotel and we will be staying there again.

our room was poorly serviced. One day we were left without towels. I had to remake the bed as the duvet was pulled over and the undersheet not smoothed out. we also had to report the shower was not working although this was sorted immediatly. I just found it annoying having to check for towels and remake the bed.

The hotel has a great and beautiful location in Kilkenny, close to the city center, bus stop on the Dublin-Cork route, restaurants, and serves a lovely breakfast. the rooms are spacious and comfortable. - the continental breakfast offers a variety of dishes to choose from.
